We’re heading back to the Ivy Ballroom for the 2026 Australia Summit.

Getting there

  • 30-minutes from Sydney’s Kingsford Smith Airport
  • A short walk from Wynyard and Martin place stations
  • Parking is available in Wilson Parking at 123 Pitt Street
    • Ivy Ballroom does not offer on-site parking options

Accommodations

CLOC does NOT have a hotel block for this event. Attendees should book their hotel stay based on their needs and preference, within close proximity to the venue.

Suitcasing & Outboarding Policy

At CLOC, we’re proud to bring together the entire legal ecosystem through our events. Our priority is to ensure that every member of the CLOC community—attendees, sponsors, and partners alike—enjoys a positive and successful experience. 

To help maintain that standard, we’ve put policies in place to protect against practices such as suitcasing and outboarding. 

Registration

Registration is open! The primary sponsorship contact should have received an email from sponsorship@cloc.org with access to the Cvent Sponsor Portal.

To help you plan, here’s an overview of the available badge types.

Please note: These passes do not include add-on courses, including CLOC Academy.

All Access Pass
  • Available in the portal as “Additional Passes (Package Sponsor)”

These passes can only be used for current or prospective clients that hold a Legal Operations role within their organization. They can not be allocated to your organization’s onsite attendee(s) or towards someone already registered.

  • Customers to use Register button on event website and sponsor provided discount code.
    • Specific sponsor discount codes are available in the Cvent Sponsor Portal under “Tasks”
  • All invite passes must be used by 29 July 2026

Cvent Sponsor Portal

Manage Registrations
  • Login to the Cvent Sponsor Portal
  • Navigate to the Booth Staff icon, select Find Booth Staff, then use the Add Booth Staff drop-down to choose Register Booth Staff
  • Step-by-step written instructions are available here, and a helpful video tutorial is available here
  • Sponsor Passe(s) can be assigned to any attendee whether internal or external to the sponsoring company
  • Customer Invite Passes can only be used for Legal Operations Professionals external to your organization and cannot be used towards someone already registered
  • Submit a 50-word company description for display in the event app
  • Upload your logo (300 x 300 pixels) for inclusion in the event app

Tabletop Exhibitor Details

Tabletops will be located around the perimeter of the main session room at Ivy Ballroom.

Setup + Breakdown
Tabletop exhibitors will be able to access Ivy Ballroom on 5 August starting at 7:15 AM.
 

CLOC will provide:

  • (1) table with (2) chairs
  • (1) 5-amp power drop
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the event space

Sponsor to provide:

  • (1) tabletop backdrop or banner, including any additional onsite signage
  • Additional marketing materials, such as giveaways
  •  Any audio visual add-ons to be ordered and paid for directly by sponsor
  • Lead capture licenses, available for purchase in the Cvent Sponsor Portal
 
Tabletop breakdown is directly following the Closing Session at 5:30 PM. All items must be packed and removed (or scheduled for pickup) by 6:30 PM — please note there’s no onsite storage.
Audio Visual equipment is available for hire through the onsite provider, Scene Change.

Sponsors are NOT permitted to bring their own commercial or professional photographers or videographers to this event. CLOC will hire an official event photographer to capture moments.

Sponsor are allowed non-commercial uses, such as photos or videos from phones.
