The U.S. Department of State issues visas to foreign nationals traveling to the United States through its embassies or consulate. However, you do not need a visa to attend the 2025 CLOC Global Institute if you are a citizen of any of the 39 countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). If a visa is required, you will need to apply for a B-1 Visitor visa.
If you are visiting the U.S. under the VWP, you must obtain an approved travel authorization before your trip. Authorization approvals are determined using the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). Additionally, please ensure that your passport remains valid for at least six months beyond your period of stay in the U.S., unless exempted by country-specific agreements.
If you require an official letter for a visa request, CLOC is pleased to offer assistance. You will use this form to submit your request after you have completed your registration for the 2025 CLOC Global Institute.
